Responsibilities:
- Asset owner role for renewable energy assets (majorities and minorities) and other infrastructure assets (minorities), with focus on commercial, financial and technical aspects
- Monitor and optimize the performance of assets to maximize energy and revenue generation
- Collaborate with service providers to develop and execute preventive maintenance and lifecycle strategies, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum asset performance
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement across the portfolio
- Manage contracts (incl. PPAs), agreements, insurance policies, and relationships with various stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies in coordination with technical and commercial service providers
- Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance, financial metrics, and operational insights to management
- HSE oversight and managing of IST internal HSE committee
- Supporting the acquisitions team from a technical/ commercial perspective with the due diligence of new opportunities/ involvement in recurring valuations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, specifically in the renewable energy, or private infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and their operational characteristics (familiarity with SCADA systems or other monitoring tools is a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Ability to synthesize technical, commercial, and financial aspects of an asset
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards, and environmental policies
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Master's degree in finance, engineering, or a related field
