Tasks:

• Responsible for leading the main B2B transformation program with various work streams and sub-projects
• Responsible for leading interdisciplinary project teams and acting as the main interface between IT and the B2B organization
• Responsible for acting as Change Agent across the B2B organization ensuring the transformation strategy is well understood and supported 
• Actively manage various stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Product Management, Finance etc.)
• Develop and continuously monitor the transformation roadmap (timeline, milestones and releases) and continuously align with the project teams and all relevant stakeholders on status, timeline etc.
• Highlight dependencies and risks across the various work streams and sub-projects
• Support the project teams in collaborating and focus/prioritization and organize deep dive workshops
• Support other B2B Transformation initiatives and projects and highlight dependencies and risks linked to the main B2B transformation program 

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or similar training
• 1-2 years experience in leading complex transformation projects, preferably in the telco environment
• Experience in change management
• Quick understanding of complex tasks and contexts with an affinity to IT / Tech
• Ability to think strategically/conceptually but support "hands-on" with the successful execution of all projects
• Ability to manage various projects simultaneously in a fast-moving and complex environment
• Ability to handle push-backs and to manage different stakeholders
• Solution oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in English and in German mandatory
