Client Experience Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for an outstanding client experience and client case management during the clients’ residential treatment
• Proactively tying up loose ends for seamless service delivery
• Establishing personal connections and being in charge of crafting weekly treatment plans, organising client meetings and coordinating the execution of those
• Promoting an environment of ongoing enhancement through regular assessments and a dedicated focus on client satisfaction
• Participating actively in team meetings centred around clients, contributing your expertise to support their progress
• Collaborating seamlessly with client counsellors and fellow team members, fostering teamwork
• Identifying and working with complementary therapists who align with evolving client needs
• Managing financial matters carefully, overseeing invoices from external consultants
• Managing various administrative tasks as part of the Operations team

You are/have  

• More than 5 years of experience in dealing with high-end clients, preferably within a healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and structural skills
• Dedicating hard work to both official hours and personal time
• Analytical thinking and ability to foresee upcoming challenges
• Enjoying engaging with people as an outgoing personality and proven communication skills
• Exhibiting self-motivation and maintaining composure during tough situations
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment and displaying an enterprising work ethic when tackling challenges
• Excellent oral and written English is a must; any other language is a plus
• Swiss driving license cat. B is a must
