Compliance Officer (80-100%)

This role is very broad and requires a generalist with the willingness to handle the entire spectrum of operational and conceptual tasks.

Yours responsibilities:

• Acting as central point of contact, consultant and expert for Compliance issues
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal regulations
• Executing Compliance audits and controls
• Developing and redesigning Compliance processes
• Advising, supporting and training of employees related to Compliance topics
• Implementing regulatory requirements and establishing and evaluating internal directives

Requirements:

• University degree in law, economics or business administration
• Professional experience as Compliance Officer in a Bank, ideally in the area Private Banking / Wealth Management
• Experience or interest in new technologies
• Latin American background
• Fluent in Spanish and English skills both written and spoken, German as an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a precise, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Persuasive and assertive team player with strong communication skills
