THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:
  • Participate in ideation, development and execution of design projects across the organisation,
  • Develop the highest quality of creative design for FIFA and all related creative assets,
  • Whilst being respectful of our brand guides and TOV, create fresh design solutions for all briefs,
  • Provide world class, effective design solutions across all media, in special digital and Social channels,
  •  Support the day-to-day design needs of FIFA,
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to create best in class campaigns,
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organisation,
  • Build presentations and arguments to sell the work,
  • Provide clear and effective communication to all parties,
  • Work across all disciplines, including motion, bringing to life the brand and experience.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • Excellent design – Both conceptual and executional.,
  • Positive attitude that enables creativity, to thrive,
  • Obsessive attention to detail & design craft,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Excellent presentational creation,
  • Strong experience in print and digital, in special Social Media trends,
  • Working knowledge of production & motion,
  • A cooperative team player willing to contribute to the accomplishment of shared objectives and work on tight timelines,
  • Ability to take feedback in a positive and pragmatic way,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Experience in creating work of outstanding design standards, for brand, advertising and TTL campaigns,
  • Agency background advantageous,
  • Digital savvy with experience in social & digital marketing strategies,
  • Brand Development,
  • Experience in entertainment, motion and sport advantageous,
  • International or experience working in organizations with international officesm,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Proficiency/Fluency in any other FIFA language is an asset,
  • Proficient in Creative Studios, Production, MS Office and planning software and online collaboration tools,
  • Creative Assets – Aware of all current marketing software and asset formats from motion to statics.
