Your responsibilities:

Your main task in this position is supporting the HR Transformation and Innovation team in driving the people roadmap.

Support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the context of the HR Transformation
Contribute in creating and excellent user experience
Support the implementation of the HR Reporting and analytics roadmap
Deliver continuous improvements
Coach HR system super users
Perform system administrator tasks

Your profile:

Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent
Passion for technology and people management
Enthusiasm in working with data
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in German and English. French is beneficial
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
