Information Security Management System Manager (80-100%)

• Develop and maintain an effective Information Security management System in tight collaboration with the Head of Security Management System
• Identify information security risks in tight collaboration with the Head of Security Risk
• Provide effective information security performance indicators, reports and/or dashboards with peers and Compliance Management
• Supporting the wider Corporate Security Team on providing a pragmatic and responsive approach to day-to-day infomration security issues and broader strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Be the subject matter expert in advising the organization on information security topics

• University or university of applied sciences degree and experience in the security sector
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong demonstrable knowledge in information security, implementation and management of information security measures and controls
• A minimum of five years in an information security role
• Experience with information security frameworks 
• Ideally a recognized certification insecurity (e.g. CISM, CISA)
• German or French written and spoken (C1), English (B2), 2nd national language is an asset
