IT Allrounder / IT Support

Our IT team is seeking robust support: IT Allrounder / IT Support

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st & 2nd level support for approximately 80 employees
• Monitoring and maintaining the IT inventory, as well as managing and supporting printers and telephones etc.
• Taking charge of Windows workstations and peripheral devices
• Ongoing user support for O365 applications
• Support for server and network installations
• Collaboration on local and global IT projects and rollouts
• Support and collaboration in system administration for VMware, O365, Active Directory, Citrix NetScaler, Miraki WLAN, Mimecast, Exchange (Hybrid), DFS, Druva, etc.
• Assisting in the conceptualization and implementation of system solutions
• Conducting IT training sessions and creating FAQ entries and guides

Your Qualifications:

• Completed education or further training in the IT field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT
• Proficient in German and excellent English skills; French knowledge is advantageous
• Unfazed by situations like Wi-Fi outages and machine downtime – you calmly strategize the next steps
• Comfortable working autonomously while maintaining excellent communication
