Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated IT End User Services Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional technical support to our end users.
- Providing 2nd and 3rd Level support to end users via phone, email, chat or in person
- Processing incidents, problems, and service request tickets in our ITSM Tool
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document support activities, solutions, and resolutions for future references
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications and peripheral devices
Your profile:
- Education in Information Technology
- Proven experience in providing technical support to end users in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and productivity software (M365)
- Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix. MS Exchange, Jira & Confluence
- Driving license and willingness to travel to regional airports
- Languages: German native, English Level B2
