Your responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated IT End User Services Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional technical support to our end users. 
 

  • Providing 2nd and 3rd Level support to end users via phone, email, chat or in person
  • Processing incidents, problems, and service request tickets in our ITSM Tool
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Document support activities, solutions, and resolutions for future references
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications and peripheral devices
     

Your profile:
  • Education in Information Technology 
  • Proven experience in providing technical support to end users in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and productivity software (M365)
  • Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix. MS Exchange, Jira & Confluence
  • Driving license and willingness to travel to regional airports
  • Languages: German native, English Level B2
