Lead Product Manager Digital Ecosystem
The Lead Product Manager (PM) Digital Ecosystem is critical in ensuring that the industrialization projects of the business line under the umbrella of a product development program are executed successfully. The role is responsible for project coordination, collaboration with other group divisions, customer validation and field testing, phase-in and phase-out, pricing strategy and positioning, marketing concept, and the product launch. He / she acts as interface of Belimo's three market regions to the product engineering team of the various industrialization projects, especially to the Lead Product and the Project Manager. Together, they are responsible for the successful industrialization, ensuring market fit, sustainable solution leadership, and customer value.
Your tasks
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, natural sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and technical / professional experience
- 3+ Years of Product Management (or similar role) Experience
- 3+ Years of experience with digital integration of devices in HVAC systems an asset
- Is focused on results, outlining a clear path to reach given objectives while involving the right stakeholders
- Is a collaborating & influencing person, making a genuine effort to understand all sides of an issue
- Considers systemic effect of decisions on other projects based on the product platform
- Collaborative and trustworthy personality with high integrity and is also analytical, structured, fact-based and problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a benefit)
- Passion for technology
- Desire to travel globally and understanding markets (travel requirement approx. 20%)
