Allfunds is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Zurich. This role requires a highly organized and flexible individual who is both a people person and a multitasker.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for office administration tasks.
  • Handle reception duties and administrative work.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth operation of various office functions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally a couple of years.
  • Excellent command of English and German.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
