QA Manager (Pharma) – GMP vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Conducting GMP-compliant batch record review and approve batch documentation, ensuring timely batch evaluation for externally manufactured products
- Preparing and approving documents required for batch release by regulatory authorities
- Overseeing and managing deviations, changes, CAPA measures, and other Quality Management System documents related to external products
- Serving as a professional and effective liaison with external partners, fostering strong collaboration and communication
- Coordinating complaint handling in partnership with external collaborators and global/local teams
- Supporting preparations for regulatory inspections and actively contribute to internal inspections and global audits involving external partners
Your experience/knowledge:
- Several years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Oversight, or Regulatory Compliance within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong expertise in GMP regulations and their practical application
- University degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or relevant field
- Language skills: English – fluent
