The SAP System Integration Manager is responsible for the management of the complex IT corporate landscape covering S/4 Hana private solution with associated SAP & non-SAP satellite Cloud/on premise solutions. This includes the management of project implementation for solution evolution as well as the support and/ or monitoring of the landscape.
Skyguide IT corporate landscape covers S/4 Hana private cloud system, SuccessFactors, Concur, SAP Multi banking, SAP Analytic cloud linked to SAP Datasphere, OCR solution, document archiving solution and SAP Business Technology platform connected to internal solutions.
- Plan, manage, implement, support and/or monitor SAP integration activities related to cloud and on premise solutions
- Lead technical design and implementation of SAP integration technologies to interface with other systems, including impact analysis feasibility study
- Able to integrate, connect and manage end to end technical dependencies across SAP S/4 Hana Core and surrounding system landscape (applications, components, interfaces)
- Resolve system and process issues involving the technical team members and internal business customers as 3rd level support
- Ensure proactive monitoring of system solutions and associated interfaces, as well as plan and implement all release activities driven from the software partners
- Develop and assure trustful relationship with the internal business customers and our suppliers and partners
- Provide guidance, coaching and knowledge transfer to technical & business team members
- Bachelor's degree in science with an engineering or computing background and corresponding work experience
- Proven experience (7+ years) in SAP integration technology at project and operation level
- Knowledge and experience in SAP solutions and peripherals: S/4 Hana, SuccessFactors, OCR solution, document archiving solution, SAP Datasphere, with focus on SAP Business Technology platform, SAP cloud platform Integration (CPI) and ALM monitoring
- Knowledge in some S/4 Hana modules, like FI/CO/SD/MM/Payroll/EPPM would be an asset, as well as understanding of End-to-End business processes and customizing competencies
- Knowledge in role and authorisation for SAP landscape
- Strong communication and leadership skills including experience with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable in interacting with people across hierarchical levels in the organization
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, very good knowledge of German or French
