Responsibilities:
- Autonomously oversee, cultivate, and execute initiatives and projects within the Group Human Resources domain
- Assist in delineating the project's scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Deliver progress reports and communicate issues and solutions to stakeholders in presentations
- Execute and oversee necessary changes to ensure the achievement of project deliverables
- Actively provide guidance and assistance to diverse HR teams in the analysis and redefinition of the existing HR system, tools, and process framework
- Leveraging creativity, conceptual thinking, and negotiation skills, proactively identify, initiate, and implement proposals and ideas aimed at optimizing HR services
Requirements:
- Academic qualifications at an advanced level and/or certification in Project Management such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management
- Extensive practical experience in HR project and process management, preferably within the financial industry
- Excellent MS Office skills, experience with additional data processing and visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to work with diverse stakeholders
- Hands-on and collaborative team player, capable of working independently
- Fluent in German as well as very good English skills
