We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our Group's Quality Assurance and Risk aspects. In this role, you'll lead top-tier cases, manage global customer complaints, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
What You'll Do

Oversee the Group's Quality Assurance and Risk management

Lead and resolve top-quality cases and manage global customer complaints

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the product lifecycle

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and customer value

Interface with insurance brokers and manage insurance-related issues concerning top-quality cases

Analyze data to identify growth areas, track progress, and resolve ongoing product quality issues effectively
Who You Are

Degree in Engineering or Quality Management

Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

Solid experience in quality management within a global or multinational organization

Fluent in English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in executing quality concepts and strategies
