 YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementation of various P&C controlling activities, including analyses, interpretation and definition of measures
  • Support in the implementation of the annual bonus and merit increase process
  • Implementation of annual Reward Benchmark Surveys (Mercer), analysis and interpretation of the data as a basis for determining internal salary structures and salary bands
  • Administration of the Long-Term Incentive Plan
  • Preparation of various provisions and local compensation guidelines
  • Preparation of various Compensation & Benefits analyses
  • Performing Job Gradings
  • Budget- and rolling estimate calculations (people cost, FTE, etc.)
  • Calculation, analyses and coordination of HR related intercompany recharges
  • Conduct variance analyses of people cost and provide insights towards Finance
  • Coordinate reporting deadlines and proper communication to respective parties
  • Create and manage monthly P&C and business scorecards containing key indicators like FTEs, people cost, turnover rate including quality checks and controls

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING?

  • Higher technical college HF/FH
  • Several years of work experience required (min. 4 years)
  • Reward strategy and total remuneration knowledge
  • Benchmark tool and process knowledge
  • Financial understanding of bonus calculations and provisions
  • Excellent Excel skills and analytical thinking
  • Fluent in German and English
