As the HRIS specialist for the region, you will…
§act as an interface between Corporate HRIS, local HR, IT and users ensuring communication and coordination between all sub-projects in the region
§coordinate and collaborate on HRIS and SF interface projects by providing input during design phase, testing, coordinating roll-out and training end users and local HR
§provide first level support to local HR and end-users in the region
We need your skills:
§You have completed a further education in HR and have a solid understandingofthecore HR processes
§2 years' experience in a similar function withknowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
§Very good organizational and planning skills allowing you maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment
§Strong analytical skills and communication skills allowing you to communicate effectively with different stakeholders with varying levels of HR and IT knowledge
§You are fluent in English, German skills are a plus
