Your daily contribution:
- Supporting in- and external customers in technical requests regarding Compressor Systems for Marine Applications
- Manage technical customer claims during the warranty period
- Assure 24/7 on-call emergency service for the entire BC product portfolio, alternating with co-workers in the Eastern and Western hemisphere
- Collaboration in the assigned Reliability Group
- Leading or supporting in preparing technical documents
- Compile and update knowledge articles to forster the knowledge data base
- Proof reading of compressor instruction and operating manuals
- Technical Trainings (Hands-on and classroom) on marine applications
Your Profile:
- Technical advanced education (TS, Bsc) with a minimum 5 years experience
- Experienced as Superintendent or equal in maritime environment as well as rotating equipment, preferred reciprocating compressors
- Proactive and problem solving mentality
- Resilience- withstands pressure with maintaining a positive mindset
- Fluent in English and German as a plus
