Tasks:
– Calculation, sale, and promotion of long-term financing models in collaboration with sales (on-site, via email, and telephone)
– Sale and customer correspondence of service contracts (e.g., extensions, updates, etc.)
– Utilization of business intelligence systems to analyze specific customer data for investment and lifecycle consulting in hospitals and medical practices
– Monitoring contracts for profitability
– (Co-) support in revenue and cost analysis in the service area, as well as planning and initiating measures
– (Co-) responsible for achieving departmental, company, and budget goals, as well as necessary planning and organization based on economic considerations, including regular reporting
Qualification:
– Completed degree (FH/HF) in technical, economic, or medical field or equivalent professional experience
– Clear and precise communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written forms
– Ability to process information in a structured and balanced manner, present it, and derive measures
– Advanced knowledge in Office365, SAP CRM, Salesforce, and BI tools
– Experience in Lean Management and customer training is advantageous
– Languages: French and English. Preferably German and/or Italian skills
