YOUR CAPCO DAY
- Coordination of Test Phases in project with different stakeholders + booking centers + vendors
- Management of Test Campaigns and allocation to BAs/SMEs in line with sprint delivery
- Quality Assurance on Test Cases drafted by BAs
- Defect Management in DevOps
- Drive daily defect triage sessions and prepare daily reporting during Test Campaigns with internal teams and vendors
- Management of backlog bugs vs improvements
- Perform unit tests/SIT/UAT tests along with BAs
YOUR CAPCO-FIT
- Deep financial service expertise with an intimate working knowledge of financial service customers specific application requirements, KPI’s, and quality assurance goals
- 5-10 years of professional consulting experience in financial services, driving test strategies, standardizing test tools, test frameworks, and test processes to increase cost savings
- Experience in working with Temenos T24, FCM, TripleA, TDL/SAP/Wealth Dynamix
- Proven experience in selling and delivering Testing Services for Project Delivery
- Hands-on Testing experience, familiar with a wide range of technologies, and managing and/or working directly with industry leading and open-source testing tools (e.g. Test Management, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, etc.)
- Fluent French & English combined with great presentation skills
