Financial Analyst Group Finance/Capital Markets – Graduate

Group FP&A & Investor Relations is looking for a motivated Graduate to join our team.

• Sitting at the centre of Swiss Re's financial planning, performance management and investor communication, we play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and shaping how Swiss Re is perceived by the investment community.
• In this role, you will analyse financial performance, business drivers and market developments, while contributing to materials and insights used by senior management, the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
• You will play an active role in quarterly and annual results, Investor Day and other key investor events, working closely with colleagues across Finance, Strategy, Treasury and the Business Units to gain a deep understanding of how a global financial services company is managed, valued and communicated to investors.

About the Team

Group FP&A & Investor Relations sits at the center of Swiss Re's financial and strategic decision-making process. Our work combines financial analysis, corporate strategy, capital management and capital markets communication.

As part of a small, high-performing team, you will will work closely with Performance Management, Planning and Group Strategy teams and gain exposure to executive management, business leaders and the investment community. We foster an environment of intellectual curiosity, ownership and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge ideas, take initiative and contribute from day one.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with a strong academic background, a keen interest in financial markets and re/insurance, and the determination to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information

Nice to have:

• Professional experience in consulting, finance, and/or (re)insurance

The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
