Product Management Specialist

In this role, you'll work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to enhance product offerings, improve customer experiences, and contribute to business growth.

What You'll Do
Product Management
- Support the planning, development, and continuous improvement of products and services.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Coordinate product updates and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and ongoing improvements.
- Gather customer and market feedback to help shape future product decisions.
Product Operations
- Maintain product documentation and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor product quality, availability, and lifecycle activities.
- Assist in analysing product data and preparing performance reports.
- Support process improvements that enhance product efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Who You Are
- Passionate about product management, product operations, or business improvement.
- Analytical, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, digital tools, and cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in product management, project coordination, operations, marketing, business analysis, or customer success is an advantage but not essential, as full training is provided.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, or English.
- Additional language skills are highly valued and can support collaboration across different markets.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive gross annual salary of CHF 120,000-138,000, depending on experience, plus a guaranteed 13th-month salary and performance bonus of up to 12%.
